  • Custodial door to International specifications with access port

  • Meth/mobile phone/motion / smoke / fire sensor combination unit, NZ Made.

  • Air-conditioning, fire sprinkler system, toilet, shower, power and data connections. Each SKYCUBE has its own mini-distribution board so a single cube could be for example deployed for install in a Police Station.

  • Lighting and other hardware including CCTV is housed outside of the cell; therefore the patient or inmate cannot vandalise, interfere with it, hurt themselves or hide things in them. CCTV incorporated into the TV screen too.

  • Accelerometers / vibration detection to detect glass or ceiling damage.

  • Curtain Infrared beams to detect any attempt to access the ceiling fittings, for example the sprinkler system.

  • ‘Gesture sensor’ switching on the outside of the cell’s glazing, to prevent any vandalism.

  • Gesture sensors can recognise movement and colour so we can control Lights on / Lights off , Blinds up / Blinds down , Flush toilet , Turn shower on , change TV channel up [up only as there are only a few channels so can scroll] , TV volume up [set at maximum], defaults to a pre-set volume when turned off, TV off , Colour cards to activate other functions.

  • 3.8 x 2.6 = 9.88m2 floor area, 2.8m high floor to ceiling [ UN Compliant] [Customisable]

  • With or without toilet-sink unit / shower

  • Chassis of structural steel

  • Impenetrable ceiling and floor of lightweight steel encapsulated concrete panels

  • Clear walls of 30mm scratch resistant polymer or 20mm Viridian ‘JailGuard’ panels.

  • All electric remote controlled privacy blinds [fireproof] with or without screen-printed imagery

  • All blinds can be independently activated or activated across multiple cells. Inmates can control some the blinds, but staff can override them.

  • The inner roller shutter blind is / can be screen printed with imagery – Forest scenes, sea scenes etc.

  • Remote control to be able to select a cell and open its blinds when standing next to it, or from a control room

  • An ‘alert’ signal in a cell if the wall panels are being 'attacked'.

  • An all-in-one 4 Function 'Microphone for Voice Activation functions; P-Alert, Mobile phone detector' and Smoke Detector. This is housed in the air-conditioning duct, on the outer side of the air-conditioning vent so no tampering can take place.
